What is the wedding dress code?

Beach cocktail. Dress to impress! The wedding ceremony will be overlooking the beach but not actually on the beach, so you won't have to worry about walking on sand. You can keep it fun and vibrant. We ask that no one wears jeans, sneakers, shorts, or flip flops please. 

What should I pack?

Lots of Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Hat, Swimsuits, Bugspray, Men will need long pants and shirts with a collar for some restaurants.

Do I need a passport?

YES, you need a passport book. A passport card will not work.

Will I need to exchange money?

No, the American dollar is widely accepted. You may want to have smaller denomination bills to shop in the smaller local shops. You might only get change back from a purchase in Jamaican dollars.

What temperatures should I expect?

Temperatures in March are usually between 75° and 85° Fahrenheit

Will communication be an issue?

No, Jamaica’s official language is English.

Can I drink the water?

Yes, Jamaica has a great water, but since it may have a mineral or 2 that your body is not used to, we don’t recommend drinking from the tap.
