Let us know if additional questions arise. ****TRANSPORTATION FROM CANCUN AIRPORT**** Bus transportation will be provided for those under the group reservation from Atlanta, GA. As others are coming in at various times/from various locations, shuttles ($10-$15 per person) will be at your service to provide transportation to the Hyatt Ziva. Please note the Hyatt Ziva is located about 30 minutes away from the airport. If you decide to choose this option, please contact us at jamyeandcaiseen@gmail.com so that we can give you additional information (no shuttle service is provided for guests not staying on the Hyatt Ziva property). Please be prepared to pay the day pass fee of $150 per person in order to gain access to the resort. There are plenty of resorts and hotels to pick from during our wedding weekend. Expedia, Travelocity, Cheapcarribbean.com and Bookit.com have plenty of flight and hotel packages for your convenience, however, the Hyatt resort is a 5 star hotel and doesn't fail to impress and ensures a great experience. Either way, if you choose to stay off the resort, please don't forget to have a debit or credit card so the front desk can process the day pass for you to attend (This is very important). ****WHATSAPP (Communication Method for International Travel)****
In Cancun, international voice/data rates will apply. We recommend connecting to Wifi and using Whatsapp. You can download Whatsapp to your phone before traveling so that you can communicate with the wedding guests and wedding party. This is a free app you can download from itunes, googleplay, etc. This is how we will communicate with everyone while at the resort. There will be events planned throughout the duration of the wedding celebration weekend and we want to ensure everyone is able to receive the updates.
