Can you book at either the Hyatt Ziva or Hyatt Zilara to be included in the wedding? 

Yes Hyatt booking at either hotel would allow you entry to the wedding ceremony, reception and all other activities. 

Will wedding guests have to book at the Hyatt Ziva or Zilara in order to attend the wedding?

No, you can stay anywhere you want (airbnb, other hotels, etc.) however given that the hotel is an all inclusive resort the purchase of a wedding day pass will be mandatory for any wedding attendee not staying at the hotel. The cost is $US191 per non hotel wedding attendee. 

Is there a specific dress code or color?

Normal wedding attire is okay; Our colors are navy blue, dusty pink and gold, however it’s not mandatory for guests to wear those colors. 

Can we bring a plus one?

Plus ones will be an additional charge. If they are staying at the resort, the charge will be $87.00 and if they are not staying on the resort, the charge will be $191.00.

How soon should I decide if I’m attending the wedding?

We recommend booking the room now since there’s no hold or charge until 30 days prior to the wedding (September 12, 2024) and there’s free cancellation. But, we will need a final RSVP  by August 17, 2024. 

Can I get something that is not in the registry?

We appreciate anything and everything. Your presence is enough.

Are we allowed on property If we’re not hotel guests?

Refer to question 3. As long as you pay the resort fee of $191.00 you will be allowed on the property which includes private beach, bars, pools, and entertainment.

Are kids allowed?

The hotel Hyatt Ziva allows children and has a kids club, however children will not be allowed at the reception or ceremony.

Is there a minimum of days we have to stay at the resort?

No, if you are booking at the Hyatt Ziva or Zilara you can book as long as you want as long as it covers the day of the wedding.

Are there any discounts when booking at the Ziva or Zilara?

No, however you sign up at world.hyatt.com to become a free Hyatt member and members get discounts when booking on their actual websites. If you choose to book on their website and not a third party (expedia, booking, etc.), your room will be held and there will be no charges to your card until 30 days prior to the wedding. Cancellation is 100% fee as well, up to two weeks prior to the wedding.
