FAQs
WELCOME!
Thank you for dropping by our wedding website! We're absolutely thrilled to share all the details of our big day with you.
Our hearts are brimming with gratitude for the wonderful life we share and for the incredible family and friends who enrich it. It fills us with joy to extend this invitation to join us as we embark on this new journey together. For our special day we've decided to say "I do" at the stunning Hyatt Ziva in Cancun, Mexico!
On our website, you'll find all the details about our engagement, wedding plans, and travel arrangements. We're excited to share the countdown to our special day with you and to have our loved ones by our side in Cancun!
DO WE HAVE TO STAY AT THE HYATT ZIVA?
While it's not mandatory, we definitely encourage it. If you are planning on attending the wedding but not staying at the Hyatt Ziva Resort, the resort will charge you a day fee to attend the wedding as it is heavily secured and only allows access to its guests. If you are choosing this option, please contact us at meredith_van_meter@yahoo.com so that we can give you additional information. Please be prepared to pay the day-pass fee of $180 per person in order to gain access to the resort. There are plenty of resorts and hotels you can choose to stay at during this weekend. Cheapcarribbean.com has plenty of flight and hotel packages for your convenience, however, the Hyatt Ziva is a 5 star hotel and doesn't fail to impress and ensure a great experience. Either way, if you choose to stay off the resort, please don't forget to have a debit or credit card so the front desk can process the day pass for you to attend.
IS THERE A COLOR SCHEME TO THE WEDDING?
The color scheme aims to highlight the natural beauty of Quintana Roo’s bright blue oceans and tropical rainforests in Riviera Maya with blues, greens, pinks, and oranges. Feel free to dress along with our colors to highlight our favorite place's beauty.
