How do I book my hotel room?

The discount applies until March 29, 2024, and is based on availability. All rates are all-inclusive, including taxes and services. The price includes most meals and drinks across 16 bars and restaurants, live entertainment, activities like water aerobics and beach volleyball (among plenty of others), a kids club and 24/7 room service. There are also paid upgrades and activities available, like an elevated dinner on the beach, spa treatments, cabana rentals and excursions.

When are people arriving?
Most guests are staying May 14-17. The room block discount applies for stays from May 12-18.
Is there a shuttle from the airport to the hotel?

Where's the Meet & Greet on May 14th?
We're not sure yet. That's why we're asking you to bookmark this page for more info. Mainly we just want everyone to have an opporunity to meet each other before the ceremony. Maybe have a shot together. We're pretty sure everyone will be hanging around the swim-up pool bar most days. That's where Rick will be.
What's the dress code for the wedding and reception?
The weather is expected to be in the 80s. Considering the wedding and reception will be outdoors (but not on the beach), dressy casual is appropriate. Sunset will be after 6 p.m., so feel free to wear sunglasses. We'll have a wedding photographer and videographer, so you'll want to look good.

Will photos or video be taken?
Yes. We hired a photographer and videographer for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner reception. You'll be showing up somewhere.
Are there any perks for wedding guests?
Other than hanging out with us? Yes - our wedding guests get a 10% discount on spa services during your stay.
I'm interested in a tequila or mezcal tasting. Anyone else?
You probably aren't alone. Let us know if you are. El Agave at the Hyatt Ziva offers tequila and mezcal tastings from 5 pm - 6 pm. We can arrange a group reservation. ¡Salud!
Do you have a gift registry?
We don’t expect any gifts. You're already spending a lot and taking time to be with us. The most important thing to us is that you're able to join us and celebrate our special day.
