When should I book by?

Please RSVP by September 8th 2023 meaning deposit ready! (The remainder of your payments can be paid throughout the year using a secure link with our travel agent)

Rochelle Mack (Rmtravelandtours@yahoo.com) will reach out to you according to your RSVP responses to book as soon as possible, We encourage you to act early to assist us in being able to start our wedding planning. Please note that prices will go up for the hotel and flights as the date approaches. 

How much will this cost?

Packages will look different for everyone and are subject to availabilty so we reccomend locking in your package with Rochelle as soon as possible. Packages will range between 1200-1600 per couple for 3-4 nights.

Is the resort all inclusive?

Abosolutely! All you can eat. All you can drink. All you can do. All, included in your room rate. Fine dining options at à la carté and gourmet buffet restaurants as well as room service, Unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks at lounges and bars
Unique daily and nightly activities, Fitness Center, spectacular pools, relaxing shade shelters and a kid’s water feature play area, Family friendly accommodations and activities
Basic Wi-Fi Internet Access and entertainment.

Is there a dress code?

Yes and Yes! We would love for everyone to dress in White to indulge in the neutral astehics for our wedding. Be sure to dress light and breezy, since the air will be warm and humid. Thank you for participating!

Should I bring a gift?

Your prescence is truly a gift in itself! However we will be open to receving gifts as small or large as your heart may desire. Please check out our registry (__________) Since we are having a destination wedding we would love if you could ship them to our home either before or after we return from Mexico. 

Where are the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception taking place?

Our ceremony will be taking place at the Gazebo in front of the beach. There will be a sign and coordinator there to instruct you to your seat. 

Next will be our cocktail hour which is being held at the adult pool with light hors d'oeuvre's. Our receptiion will also be held at the adult pool where dinner will be served. 

Are kids welcome? 

We love your little ones, our wedding is going to be a kid friendly event. However there may be extra fees and guildlines in place depending on how many children you would like to bring with you. Please reach out to Raechelle or John for more information. 

Can I bring a date?

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please reach out to Raechelle or John for more information. 

What will the weather be like this time of year? 

The best time to visit Cabo is from May to June! The wintertime crowds have gone home and the summertime storms have yet to hit. High 93/ Low 78 

Will food and drinks be served at the cocktail hour and reception? What kind of food?

The cocktail hour is open bar for 1 hr with hors devours being served. The reception is open bar for 3hrs with a 3 course plated dinner. (Pleasee see the Menu for specifics on food, if you have any dietary allergies please let Raechelle or John know when you make your deposit)

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

As we know everyone loves social media we would love to keep certain parts of our cermony sacred to us. (Please NO video recordings of the cermony on social media) PICTURES YES!!!! Please tagg us in pictures also so we can keep everything for memory! thanks for respecting our wishes ;)

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Yes! Our wedding weekend will be kicking off at Taboo Beach Club in Los Cabos (Please rsvp to raechelle by _______). We are having a yacth party the day after the wedding at 4pm on _____yacth. (Please rsvp to raechelle by ________).

Is a passport required for Mexico?

Yes! Please make sure your passport is up to date! 

Is Transportation Included?

Yes! Transportation will be included in the package if you book through our travel agent. This transportation is to and from the hotel.  

What if I can’t afford it

We understand not everyone will be able to make the trip. We are still grateful for everyone!
