DO I NEED TO BOOK MY OWN PLANE TICKETS?
Yes. We suggest utilizing Google Flights as it is a great tool to monitor flight availability and rates as they fluctuate. If you find a flight you prefer, we encourage you to secure it right away on your own as availability goes quickly!

IS A PASSPORT REQUIRED?
Yes, a passport is required, and it must be valid for at least six (6) months from the intended date of travel. If your passport is set to expire within this timeframe, please ensure it is renewed before your trip. Cannot expire before JULY 2025

WHAT IS ALL INCLUSIVE AT THIS RESORT?
At the Hyatt resorts, guests have access to accommodations, all meals, all beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), entertainment, recreational activities (such as fitness facilities and non motor beach activities).  It's essentially a one-stop-shop for relaxation and enjoyment!
 
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE HYATT ZIVA AND HYATT ZILARA?
Hyatt Ziva is for families with activities for all ages, while Hyatt Zilara is 18+ with exclusive amenities. The resorts are connected, though, and all adults are able to eat/enjoy either side, regardless of where your room is.
 

DO I HAVE ACCESS TO BOTH RESORTS?
Yes, guests staying at either Hyatt Ziva or Hyatt Zilara often have access to amenities at the other resort, depending on availability and specific resort policies. Kids will not be able to access Hyatt Zilara since this is an adult only resort.
  
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Yes, please make sure to add them when you RSVP.
 
WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
In Jamaica you will enjoy warm, sunny weather with temperatures in the high 70s to high-80s Fahrenheit. night.
 
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR WHILE IN JAMAICA?
Light and breathable clothing, such as shorts, t-shirts, dresses, and sandals, are suitable for the warm weather in Jamaica. Don't forget to bring swimwear for beach activities!
 
CAN I BRING KIDS TO THE WEDDING?
Yes, make sure to book your room at the Ziva property as it's is the resort for family’s.
 
DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE HYATT ZIVA OR HYATT ZILARA
No, but in order for non-hotel guests to attend the wedding, they will need to acquire a Wedding Day Pass priced at $197 USD each. Additionally, children between the ages of 3 and 12 will require a pass priced at $100 USD each.
