How do I get there?
Fly into Puerto Vallarta international airport (PVR) and take a 30 minute uber ride to Hyatt Ziva. A private shuttle service is available for $170 USD round-trip. We recommend taking an uber or taxi for roughly $40 USD round-trip.
Do I need a passport?
Yes. A passport is required for international travel.
How do I RSVP and book my room?
Your wedding invitation will be physically mailed to you in October with directions on how to RSVP. Please click the *book my room* button on the drop-down menu to book your room at the resort. You must book a room at Hyatt Ziva resort, RSVP and stay for a minimum of 2 nights to attend our wedding.
Should I book my room before I receive my RSVP?
Yes! We encourage you to book your room now to guarantee your reservation.
When is the deadline to book my room?
On December 11th 2023 our room block website shuts down. At that point, all unreserved rooms will be based on availability. Please text Garrett & Shannon for further instructions if you plan to book your room after December.
When is the deadline to RSVP?
Your wedding invitation will be physically mailed to you in October with directions on how to RSVP. The deadline to RSVP is March 8th 2024.

What does an "all-inclusive" resort mean?
The price of your room includes unlimited food, beverage (alcoholic & nonalcoholic) and entertainment during your stay at the resort!
What time can I get to the resort?
Check-in @ 3pm & check-out @ 12pm (central standard time)
What currency can I use?
USD, Mexican Pesos, credit or debit card. *tip: bring a credit card that does not have foreign transaction fees.
What will the weather be like?
Up to mid 80s during the day and down to mid 60s at night.
What should I bring?
$1 bills to tip servers and bartenders, sunscreen (it's expensive to buy at the hotel), sun hat, flip flops, sneakers, bathing suits, beachwear and beach cocktail attire for the wedding.
What should I wear to the wedding?
Beachy cocktail attire (i.e. Khaki shorts or pants, suit trousers or slacks, button up shirt or Hawaiian button up shirt, flip flops or dress shoes appropriate for men) (i.e. Cocktail dress or dressy separates, flip flops, sandals or heels appropriate for women).
Will there be an open bar?
Hell yes! The price of your room includes unlimited food and drinks during your stay and our wedding will have a 4 hour open bar.
How do I let you know about my dietary restrictions/allergies?
Please text Garrett & Shannon about this and we will be sure to accommodate.
Can I bring a +1?
If your RSVP includes a +1 then, yes you can. If your RSVP does not include a +1 then, no you cannot. If you choose to bring an additional guest that is not included in your RSVP then that additional guest will not be admitted.
Can I bring my kids?
We would prefer no children. However, if you cannot find other accommodations for your child, please let Garrett & Shannon know so we can add your child's info to your RSVP. The resort offers on-site childcare services if needed.
