Bride

On the evening of February 1st, 2018, around 7pm, Vishal and Sarah had agreed to meet in front of Cafe Grumpy, the same coffee shop where they first met. Guess who reached first - it was Sarah. Vishal reached shortly. She had had a haircut and yes, she was looking gorgeous. He walked closer. Gave her a hug and complimented on the hairstyle.

Sarah, totally unaware of what's about to hit her next, casually started walking towards subway. That's when Vishal stationed her, bent down on his knee, produced a magnificent stone studded ring from the pocket of his wintercoat, and popped the question Sarah had waited for long. "Will You Marry Me?", he asked, looking into Sarah's bewildered eyes, in front of the entire public at the Grand Central station.

Crowd stopped. Took measure of the situation. Having arrived at the correct conclusion, it reciprocated with claps, whistles and awwwwws. Sarah, in the meanwhile, was deciphering the code to set her hands on that gorgeous ring that lay seated in front of her eyes in an admirable box. That's when it occurred to her that she has to say something - 'Yes!' she said. Those few seconds, if it was that long at all, felt like forever to Vishal, but it was well worth the wait! Vishal stood on his feet, put a ring around her finger and gave her a warm hug in the February winter. Crowd cheered!

Afterwards, Vishal took Sarah to Nuaa, a Thai restaurant they frequented since they started dating. Manager and server both recognized the newly engaged couple, and congratulated them. Server was candid enough to let Vishal know that it was about time that he proposed considering how long they had been coming to the restaurant together.

Later on, a floral carpet welcome awaited Sarah at her entrance, i.e. pink rose petals were strewn all across her entrance, that Vishal had placed earlier in the evening. Soft romantic music was playing in the apartment. Sarah sat at the entrance on the flowers feeling extremely loved!

Next thing you know, they flew to India that weekend to meet Vishal's family.
