Please read for some important information regarding booking your room at the Hyatt Ziva in Cancun.

*If you are wishing to make reservations for children 4-12 years old, please email the reservation department at zivacancun-reservations@hyatt AFTER you have made all adult reservations online and received a confirmation number. The reservation portal has limitations on reserving rooms for children at the special $89 per day child rate.

*Children under 3 are free

*The room reservation website will not collect payment, it will only verify your credit card information. The Accounting Department will contact you to request the one night deposit or to set up any payment plans you would like to add to your account. A deposit must be made by March 31, 2018 and the reservation must be paid in full by August 31, 2018.

*There will be a shuttles outside of the airport that are available to transport you to and from the hotel for anywhere from $15-$30 per person.

*If you are planning on attending the wedding but staying off the Hyatt Ziva Resort, the resort will charge you a day fee to attend the wedding as it is heavily secured and only allows access to its guests. If  you will choose this options, please contact us at jahleekaandtheron@gmail.com so that we can give you additional information (no shuttle service is provided for guests not staying on the Hyatt Ziva property). Please be prepared to pay the day pass fee of $150 per person in order to gain access to the resort. There are plenty of resorts and hotels you can choose to stay at during this weekend. Cheapcarribbean.com has plenty of flight and hotel packages for your convenience, however, the Hyatt resort is a 5 star hotel and doesn't fail to impress and ensure a great experience. Either way, if you choose to stay off the resort, please don't forget to have a debit or credit card so the front desk can process the day pass for you to attend (This is very important).

*Colors - If you want to look more aligned with the wedding party, please plan to wear any combination of white, navy blue, blush pink or black. Most importantly, please just plan to be comfortable as it gets warm in Cancun at this time of year.
