Is there a dress code for the wedding? Yes! We want our guests showing up in black attire for the evening.

Are children allowed? Hyatt Zilara is an adult's only all-inclusive resort. We want you all to spend some worry free adult time with us! 

I want to book my room with points but want to be close to be part of the room block- how do I do that? At the time you book your room and get your confirmation number go ahead and email James and Ella (jellawedding2024@gmail.com)- 1. your name/names 2. confimation number and we will get it taken care of! When you are booking it may also be helpful to note that you are there for the Shin/Wagner Wedding.

Should I book transportation to and from the hotel? We would suggest it- we are working with Cancun Concierge and will provide the link for our special rate- their buses can hold up to 6 and the price is per vehicle so if you know anyone arriving at the same time that's definitely an option.

For our parents that need to bring their children there is a resort that is literally touching Hyatt Zilara that is family friendly. It is called: Wyndham Alltra Cancun. The caveat to this is that you would need to puchase a day pass for the day of our wedding to be allowed on Hyatt Zilara's grounds.

Will Maui and Diesel be there? Unfotunately they will not be-but don't worry they will be having a blast at daycare.
