Is this an all inclusive resort?

Yes! Food, beverages, taxes and fees are included in the per person price of the room. Special drinks and menu will be served during cocktail party & reception starting at 7:00 p.m. on October 1, 2022.

What are the group rates available?

Group rates are available from 9/29 - 10/3 and must be booked with a minimum of 3 night stay. The pricing per night below is based on double occupancy. If booking a room for one or three people, the below pricing would be adjusted accordingly. If booking outside of the room block, pricing will be subject to availability at time of booking.

·  Master Double: $196.00 per person

·  Pool View Master King: $202.00 per person

·  Ocean View Master King: $214.00 per person

·  Club Ocean View Master King: $252.00 per person

·  Ocean View One Bedroom Master Suite: $320.00 per person

Is there a deposit due to secure the room booking?

Yes, a deposit of $150 per person is due at the time of booking.

How do I book my room?

All room reservations must be booked through Carri Kersten by May 21st:

Travel Insurance is highly recommended and can be booked directly with Carri.

Please provide Carri the following when booking:

• Guest names
• Check-In Date 
• Check-Out Date
• Room Category

Carri will also assist in coordinating shuttles from the airport to the Hotel. Please provide her with your flight itinerary. 

What is the dress code?

We'd love for our guests to wear "beach cocktail" attire in neutral colors (shades of grey, beige, tan). 

Ladies: flowy neutral color dresses and sandals or slip on wedges (shoes that are easy to take off in the sand!)

Gentlemen: Neutral colored button up, linen shirts, and slacks - think hawiian shirt minus the tacky tourist look ;)

Is there a Wedding Registry?

We kindly request no gifts. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest present we could ask for!

What is Hyatt Ziva Resort's COVID-19 testing policy?

Current policy is subject to change based on CDC guideless at time of wedding.

Hyatt Ziva offers one free rapid antigen test per person per stay, when staying for a minimum of 3 nights.

A negative test is not required to enter Mexico, but will be required to reenter US within 24 hrs. of return. Testing is provided at Hotel.

Testing Details:

· Tests are performed on-property and are subject to availability. Appointment needed if you would like to take advantage of the on-property testing before departure.

Are there any special accommodations?

Late checkout up to 3pm. upon request.
