The Website:

Welcome to Pearl & Alex’s wedding website! As we get closer to the wedding date, they will be updating the Wedding Blog with more information to ensure you have a smooth stay here in beautiful Cabo San Lucas.

All guests will stay at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, which is an all-inclusive resort just 20 minutes from the SJD airport. Rooms must be booked in the attached link to this website in order to qualify for the discounted rate. Please coordinate with Pearl if you are unable to book your room. You can find all hotel information under the Wedding > Travel tab above.

Please use the website to RSVP no later than September 1st. Children are welcome to join, just please add their names and age in the comment section of the RSVP section. Please also review the Wedding Blog for the menu options and add your meal choice in the comments area when you RSVP.

 

The Theme:

If you know Alex, you’d know that he loves Batman! Coincidentally, their 12-year anniversary falls on Halloween. So they chose Halloween to celebrate their superhero-themed wedding! Cabo has been a special place for this couple, as they have been vacationing there regularly for the past 10 years. They have always wanted to have their toes in the sand when they say their "I do's" and couldn't think of a better place to do it! They encourage you to wear bright colors or a superhero costume (if you dare)! However, keep in mind that before you sport your latex Spiderman suit, Cabo can get a little windy and be hot/warm at times. The ceremony will take place directly on the resort beach at 4pm, followed by an outdoor cocktail hour and reception by the pool.

 

The Couple:

Alex and Pearl met in her home near Lake Merritt in the summer of 2009. Pearl had recently finished nursing school and Alex was working as a Muay Thai instructor and was just returning from training in Thailand. Alex's son, Rocky, was just 6 years old at the time. Fast forward a bit and Pearl and Alex now have their 5-year-old son, Gabriel, Rocky is now 18, and they've purchased their own home in Oakland in 2016!

...but their story doesn't stop there! Come watch their next chapter as they celebrate their Wedding and 12-year anniversary in beautiful Cabo San Lucas, MX. They are excited to have you with them on their special day and cannot wait to see you at the wedding!
