Mikey and Katrina first crossed paths in their early college years at a bar in San Jose, California called Tres Gringos. Mikey first caught Katrina’s eye during $2 Tuesdays while out with the girls. Katrina’s best friend was dating one of Mikey’s best friends at the time, so it was the perfect opportunity for them to get acquainted. After a few Kamikaze shots, a few Facebook messages, and some serenading they had their first date in 2011. Talk about right person, wrong time.  5 years later, thanks to his cousin Stevie and her friend Vina, Mikey and Katrina crossed paths again! That summer, they had their second first date and the rest is history! Mikey proposed to Katrina, doing what he does best—singing Sweet Lady by Tyrese.
