Nick and Janeth met the modern way: by swiping right on Tinder; in 2018. Their first date was adventurous. They hiked the Cuyamaca Peak, the second highest peak in San Diego county. During their hike they encountered a 4ft gopher snake, that spiked Nick and Janeth's adrenaline. Everything about that day was magical, the chemistry between them was just right.

Few months later Nick moved to Tijuana Mexico, to be with Janeth, the city where she was working and residing; but not for too long as Nick is not city folk; he proposed her to move to the country side of Tecate, Mexico and to be a homemaker; which she gladly said YES! As it has always been one of her dreams.

In 2019, Nick popped the question. In the begining of January 2020 they were wed in the San Diego courthouse.

A few of Nick and Janeth's favorite memories together are: their first road trip to Northern California and the Redwoods, having a family white Christmas during the time they spent in Oregon, exploring Baja California Sur peninsula and all the Mexico beaches they and their boys have explored together.
