We first meet in 2014 at a housewarming party. We were young and unsure how our love story would unfold.

Our first date was at the movies on Halloween. This was Zach’s perfect opportunity to comfort me while I was “scared.” Little did he know that I was pretending, and I just wanted him to hold my hand. We still talk about this to this day and now I know that Zach does not like scary movies. He was just trying to impress me, and he did.

Throughout high school we shared millions of laughs and adventures. Together we decided to pursue different colleges and dreams. This decision allowed us to mature as individuals and only strengthened our love for each other. We learned to trust and fell more in love.

After 6 years of dating, Zach proposed to me in the most beautiful way. We were visiting Chicago in hopes to find a new home. During our visit, he took me on a walk down Chicago’s famous North Avenue Beach. With the beautiful Chicago skyline behind me, Zach got on one knee to propose. We can’t wait to celebrate with family and friends at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos!
